A profile of Aura Health Rehab's Psychology Department — our services, our people, and our commitment to mental wellness across our East and Greenhills branches.
At Aura Health Rehab, Psychology is one of the many specialized services we offer, alongside Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), Special Education (SPED), and Medical Consultations (MD). Our interdisciplinary approach allows us to provide holistic care tailored to each client's unique needs.
The Psychology Department is committed to promoting mental wellness and enhancing quality of life through ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered care. Our team of highly trained professionals works closely with clients to address a wide range of psychological concerns using effective therapeutic techniques rooted in compassion, respect, and confidentiality.
As part of our mission to build a healthier and more empowered Filipino community, we remain steadfast in our commitment to professional excellence, ethical practice, and the highest standards of client care.
Client consent is a fundamental component of our practice. Before any psychological service begins, clients are given comprehensive information on their right to terminate sessions and request refunds; their rights to dignity, honesty, transparency, and autonomy; service rates and payment terms; session procedures and duration; the risks and benefits involved; the types of services available; and the scope and limitations of confidentiality.
We strictly adhere to Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and relevant issuances of the National Privacy Commission. All personal and sensitive information is handled with the highest degree of confidentiality, security, and respect for client rights, with robust safeguards against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
