• Provide, coordinate, and document rehabilitation services — Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Special Education (SPED), and Psychological Services;

• Process billing, payments, HMO or insurance claims, and reward-program membership;
• Respond to your inquiries, requests, and concerns;
• Comply with legal, regulatory, accreditation, and professional obligations;
• Improve our services and, where appropriate, conduct research or training using information that has been anonymized or de-identified.

• Care providers within our clinics who are directly involved in your treatment;
• HMOs, insurers, and payment processors, where you are availing of covered services or making payments;
